Rent Your Property
Once the renting price is set we then take a full set photos, a video (depending on the size of the property) and collect room measurements. A copy of the following paperwork is required: Title deeds or a nota simple and photo of DNI or NIE.
The property is then uploaded to the internet and throughout our extensive network of websites which includes this website, we also have property portals in many different countries, to estate agency software for internal sharing purposes between agents (over 2000 agents).
When we have a customer interested we will agree a time and day with and they will be accompanied by a member of our rentals team for the viewing.
Once an offer has been made we will negotiate a mutual agreement and a reservation deposit will be placed.
We provide rental contracts or you can provide your own and an inventory of any items involved in the rental can be included. The time scale from agreement to signing the contract is usually 1 day up to 4 weeks.
